“And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues.” (1 Corinthians 12:28)

The gift of an administrator is the divine enablement to understand what makes a church function, and the special ability to plan and execute procedures that accomplish the goals of the church ministry.

There is one full-time administrator for Oxygen Life, but MANY tasks which need to be performed on a day-to-day basis as well as once-off events.  Thus, there is a great need for those gifted in administration, as well as abilities which aid the administration of the church and office, to be part of the team which ensures that everything runs smoothly and is done with EXCELLENCE as to the Lord!

The various areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Sunday Meetings Administration Team: assist with admin tasks at the Sunday evening meetings, and morning meetings where necessary.
  • Events: this can include being part of team which plans and runs family days, celebrations, year-end functions, etc.
  • Typing: this could include typing course notes, articles, prophetic words, and so on.
  • Sewing/Handwork: there are often items which need to be made or mended for our Sunday meeting set-up and church house venue.
  • Carpentry & General Maintenance: there are often items which need to be made or mended for our Sunday meetings, for the office and for events.
  • Catering: this can include catering for deacons meetings, family days, pastors’ teas and breakfasts, and so on.

Other areas which are found under Project Creative, but lend themselves to the administration of events are:

  • Design
  • Writing
  • Videography
  • Photography
