The Heart of Kidz Ablaze
Life is too short to waste it by not knowing Jesus. We long to see our kids know Jesus from as early an age as possible.
So, what do we believe for our kids? We believe that Jesus loves them passionately. We believe that God wants a personal relationship with each child. We believe that God wants to fill them with the Holy Spirit and use them in their schools, families and communities. We believe that our kids are part of a priesthood of believers. We believe that our kids can understand the Bible and that the truth will radically change their lives.
We absolutely love having fun with the kids and we try to max out the amount of fun we can have every Sunday morning. We love playing games (especially the infamous 'fishy-fishy'), doing crafts, worshipping exuberantly and having fun outside.
Ultimately we are a group of passionate leaders who love Jesus, each other and children. We will do anything to see our kids' hearts on fire for God.
When do we meet?
9:00am on Sunday mornings. Registration starts at 8:30am in the foyer. We worship with the rest of the church until it is announced that the kids can go.

My parents have struggled financially for years (almost 10 years now). Through these tough situations is how I actually came to rely on God and give my life over to Him (2004-ish). Through the years, my parents have asked me for money and sometimes I’ve loaned them money and sometimes I haven’t. Early on through wisdom from elders, I learnt that I should never “loan” money, I should rather “give” money with no expectation of receiving it back so that there is freedom in giving and no guilt put onto a relationship or a person. This was difficult for me as I thought in order to honour and respect my parents (a commandment) I needed to help them when they needed help. I had to make a stand for Jesus in my life and say that I couldn’t help them financially anymore. I had to separate myself from my earthly parents and follow what my Heavenly Father says is right and true. 2 Corinthians 12:14 “… After all, children should not have to save up for their parents, but parents for their children”.
